Bebe Rexha
Bleta Rexha, often referred to as "Bebe", was born on August 30, 1989 in Brooklyn. She was raised on Staten Island in New York City by Bukurije (nee Isai), and Flamur Rexha. When she was 21, her father left the country to America. In the Albanian language, blete is "bee" which is why she said "My parents were Albanian and I've seen people call me Bebe which means short." Rexha signed with Warner Bros. Records back in 2013, and was given credits for songwriting on Eminem's as well as Rihanna's single "The Monster", which later won the Grammy Award Best Rap/Sung Performance. Rexha has also composed tracks with Nick Jonas, Selena Gomez. Rexha came out with I Don't want to Grow Old in 2015. The album saw some commercial success for the track "I'm Going to Show You the Way to Go".
